Villa #1 is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a king size bed, one bathroom, a living room, dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop and oven, blender, coffeepot, toaster, high-end cook and bakeware, cutlery, cooking utensils - everything you need to make this your home away from home experience. There is air conditioning in each room, all modern stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and marble floors, and cable TV.
Villa #2 is a one bedroom unit with a king size bed and a full bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. There is a lock-out door to separate or unite with Villa #1.
These two villas can be rented together.
Isla Retreats is an adults only, tranquil and unique Caribbean-Mexican experience. Guests can get away from the hustle-bustle of downtown and everyday life to relax and savor the lovely island. The common are was designed to create a peaceful ambience featuring a salt-water pool with waterfalls, beach chairs and umbrellas, tropical gardens and an exquisite palapa. Wanting to keep as much green-space as possible, the property was designed with many tropical plants and coconut trees. There are many extraordinary hand-carved marble and onyx sculptures throughout the property as well.
We enjoy working with our guests directly so that they can have the best vacation possible, as we know how special and memorable vacations are. We look forward to sharing Isla Retreats with many guests in the years to come.
We accept payment by check/money order or by credit card. There is a 5% processing fee added to the reservation total for credit card payments.
**Our cancellation policy is: A refund or credit will be given minus a 10% processing fee of the total reservation if the reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled 90 days or less prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. If the credit is used during a season where the rate is higher, the difference will be charged (i.w.Christmas or High Season).**

If anything gets damaged during your stay, we’ll charge the card on file to cover repairs or replacements.
